Grilled Firecracker Pork

Looking for something different to make the next time you grill? Look no further, this grilled pork is a keeper!


3 lb. boneless pork loin

3/4c. Sweet Baby Ray’s bbq sauce

1/3c. orange marmalade

1/2tsp. Tabasco sauce

1/2tsp. horseradish



  1. Season pork with salt and pepper and place over indirect heat on grill.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and baste roast every 10 minutes.
  3. Grill until done 145° F – 165 depending on your preference.
  4. Let stand 5-8 minutes.
  5. Discard basting marinade. I like to mix up another batch to serve with the pork.

  1. I love pork and this sounds so tasty. I’m not sure we have Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce in Australia but I’m sure we would have something similar.

    1. There is a kick to it. but you can adjust the tabasco and horseradish to your desired temperature.

    Unfortunately for her, gonna maybe have to make this! She can eat cereal 🙂

  9. This sounds great. I love the flavor combination of orange and Tabasco. As a mater of fact, I add a splash of Tabasco when I drink orange juice. Give it a try?? 😉
